Is there a charge to be a vendor?

There is no charge for vendors.


Will electricity be provided?

Since we’ll be outside and in a park space there will not be electricity available; vendors will need to supply their own table, tents, and power supply if needed.


Will there be tables or covered space for shade?

Vendors will need to supply their own table, tents, canopy, power supply etc if needed. There may be limited to no shade.


What are the addresses for the vendor set up?

On June 18th, the event time and location is 10 am at Vibes Bar & Grill at 569 N. Jackson St Houston MS 38851, so vendors will set up there. On June 19th the time and location of the event will be 2pm at Broadmoor Park located at 259 Country Club Dr Natchez, MS 39120.

When can vendors set up and where?

Vendors are more than welcome to come and set up on the day of the event(s) 18th and/or 19th free of charge. There will either be a paved/unpaved or park space for vendor space. Please arrive at least 2 hours to reserve a spot as they are first come first serve and may be limited.


Will there be security there to watch my booth and its contents?

Although this will be a safe and secure event, ultimately the vendor is responsible for the safety and security of the booth and its contents. Please do not leave your booth unattended.
