What is the Cost of the Event?

There is no cost to attend any of the Convention events or to participate in the Formation. It is a first come first serve event, so please register here so the Event Organizers can try to accommodate all who wish to attend.

Do you have to attend all of the Convention Events?

No. You are not required to attend all of the events or participate in the Formation. This is a three-day convention so feel free to attend any or all that you wish.

What Age must you be to participate in the Formation?

We welcome all ages to attend our Convention and participate in the Remembrance Walk, however, you must be at least 21 years of age and lawfully able to carry a firearm if you wish to be a part of the Armed Formation.

Are you required to carry a firearm to participate in the Remembrance Walk?

No. You are not required to carry a firearm in order to participate in the Remembrance Walk, however, you must be at least 21 years of age and lawfully able to carry a firearm if you wish to be a part of the Armed Formation.

Do you have to be a member of a gun club or organization to attend the Convention?

Families, friends, and individuals alike are all welcomed and encouraged to attend the National Convention for Black Power and participate in the Remembrance Walk. However, the Event Organizers DO reserve the right to deny participation to ANYONE for ANY REASON.

What are the Convention Parking Details?

This three-day Convention will be held at various locations and the parking may be limited so please arrive early and/or explore carpool, ride-sharing, or public transportation options. Be sure to obey parking signage if parking on a public street.

There is a Parking Lot for the Vernon AME Church however, it is limited.
